New Mentor Application Process

HU-LINC is seeking additional teachers to serve as mentor-partners in science for elementary teachers in HU-LINC's comprehensive, multi-year training program. The following forms should be downloaded to assist you in completing an application.

Timetable and Application Process -- Overview
Goals and Objectives (including Duties and Benefits) for Mentors
Application Form for New Mentors (contact Alice Hahn for updated submittal information)
Principal Support Form (must be completed by school principal only)
Informal Interview for all new applicants.
