HU-LINC (Houston Urban Learning in a Networked Community is soliciting minimum 30-hour (one-week) professional development institutes in science and mathematics for HU-LINC Elementary Science Lead Teachers (Grades K-6) during Summer 2001.  The following form must be completed and submitted online to be considered for any funding through HU-LINC. (Refer to RFP Description for explanation of items requested.)

Deadline for submissions is February 14, 2001.

Requested Funding
HU-LINC pays $450 per HU-LINC participant who successfully completes the institute.  Additionally, HU-LINC will reimburse the institute for costs timely submitted through paid receipts, up to $250 per teacher for inquiry-based materials, manipulatives, and related resources for classroom implementation in the following academic year.
(This does not cover institute-related materials.)
