Additional Information

Program Description should provide the following information.  You do not need to repeat any information already included in the online Application Form.

  1. course syllabus with referenced TEKS/Project CLEAR objectives
  2. description of instructional methods, those to be discussed with participants as well as how these methods will be modeled by instructional staff
  3. description of teacher products and how such products will be assessed
  4. evaluation plan (if specific funds are not available for this, it will have to be limited, such as pre-post tests of program participants)
  5. time and location for the course
  6. description of facilities that will be utilized for the course
  7. target audience and number of participants
