The Houston area informal science institutions and related organizations are committed to provide quality learning experiences for students, teachers, and families that reflect the national, state, and local learning objectives in science and mathematics.  The public museum displays are being evaluated and modified in support of Houston I.S.D.'s curriculum clarification program known as Project CLEAR.

The forty-seven elementary schools within HU-LINC's cohort I were each assigned to one of these institutions to participate in family adventures.  This program will grow as cohort II and III schools are phased into the HU-LINC plan.

Each institution has been showcased to assist HISD principals, counselors, and teachers in utilizing their rich resources in the promotion of mathematics, science, and technology and related careers for HISD students, K-12.
